Can I take my ex to court for half of the taxes?

The IRS is coming after me because my ex wife and I owe a considerable amount of money. How can I make her pay her half?

You can file an Innocent Spouse Declaration with the IRS- but it does not guarantee you will be successful. If the taxes were an issue during your Divorce, and were in your marriage settlement agreement, you could go back to family court and get the Judge to order spouse to reimburse you.
